'LevelAccessGateway originated from a heartfelt aspiration: to bring true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Romano kin established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed business harboring recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Romano, our pioneer, mastered the craftsmanship of pizza during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her journey to the UK, she aspired to recreate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, adopting age-old practices and the most exquisite materials.
Our unassuming 12-seat pizzeria has now expanded into a cherished neighborhood mainstay, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue to employ traditional wood-burning oven techniques, prepare our dough every day, and select top-tier ingredients.
At present, 'LevelAccessGateway' maintains its family roots, with the Romano heirs at the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While incorporating some contemporary improvements, the essence of our venture holds firm: crafting scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites people.
